Who do I call
now when I have a question about my account or have a problem with my
service?
You can call us at WestPA.net at 726-9462 for questions about your
account or to report a problem. We are open Monday through Friday, from
8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM.
Do I have to mail in my
coupon each month? What options do I have?
WestPA offers a number of options to make paying for your TV
easy. You can:
1. Mail in your check or money order to WestPA.net
2. Call us and charge it to your credit or debit card.
3. Set up an auto-deduction from your credit card.
4. Drop your payment off at WestPA in Warren.
When is my payment due?
Your Payment is due by the 5th of each month.
NOTE: Your service is subject to disconnection on the 15th of the month
unless payment has been made.
Are there connection and disconnection fees?
Yes - Though there is no charge to disconnect your service
there is a $20 fee to reconnect your service should it be disconnected.
(Non-payment, part year customer, etc.)
There is a nominal $30 fee to
connect up a "new" customer.
Where do I mail my payment?
WestPA.net
Box 703
Warren, PA. 16365
Note:
Please make all checks payable to “WestPA.net”.
Can I pay in advance?
You can always pay in advance if you find it more convenient.
Why is my
bill going up?
As you might guess, the cost to provide services goes up
every year. From utility bills to programming (TV channels), costs
continue to climb. Additionally updating a system to deliver a wider
array of programming, Internet, and telephone and keeping in compliance
with government regulations are costly.
I paid for
TV for part of 2008? Where did that money go?
WestPA.net and Tiona TV Association are in the process of
finalizing the billing. All monies that you paid toward service in 2008
will be applied against your new bill at WestPA.net. If you have paid
ahead do not be concerned. No one will be shut off until we have our
billing up to date.
When will I be able to get
high speed Internet?
The quickest answer is to say that everyone will be able to
get high speed Internet as soon as the system is updated in 2008.
However, in February of 2008 we will be able to deliver high speed
Internet to subscribers in some sections of the old cable system.

Do I have
to join or pay a membership fee?
No – Everyone who is a customer at the time we finish the
upgrade will have their connection to the TV system updated. After
the update is complete, new customers may be required to pay an
installation fee to get hooked up to the system.
Will you offer “Triple
Play”?
Yes – Triple play is a term for the provision of TV, Internet
and Telephone. Once the upgrade is complete we will be able to offer all
our customers TV, Internet and telephone in a package at reduced cost.
Do I have to buy all 3
services?
No – It is our intention to allow you to order whatever you
want. You can buy TV, Internet or telephone singly or in whatever
combination you choose.
How can I get information
and updates?
1. Check our website at www.westpa.net for updated
information. Click the Cable Television link in the navigation bar on
the left.
2. Email us at billing@westpa.net
3. Give us a call at 726-9462.
Will my TV go out
during your improvements?
During our initial work in January and February there will be
moderate outages in different locations as we replace equipment. Those
outages should be short lived. When we fully upgrade the system we are
uncertain at this time, as to outages, but rest assured that they will
be kept as short as possible.
Do you offer other TV
packages?
At this time we are only offering one TV Package. This will
be an expansion of the current lineup to approximately 32 TV channels.
In the future, after the upgrade, we plan to expand the
lineup even more in that basic package. Beyond that there will probably
be additional packages available for movies, sports, etc. We will update
you as the system evolves.
How do I sign up?
