WestPA.net was founded in 2000 by four partners. Disenchanted by what they saw evolving with the Internet Service Provider landscape in the area they decided to start their own local Internet service. Combined, our ownership has over 30 years experience in serving you, the subscriber. WestPA.net was the first ISP to offer any form of broadband Internet service in Warren when we rolled out our first wireless services. We have consistently improved our service offerings over the years, evolving from a strictly dialup Internet provider to broadband, to Cable Television, Cable Internet, higher speed wireless offerings and digital phone services. We own about 70+ miles of fiber optic cable throughout Warren County with fiber optic connections to major peering points in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia.
