Need to get online? We can quickly fix most e-mail problems on most messaging systems such as Outlook Express, Outlook, etc. We can also share your Internet connection amongst multiple computers and/or setup a local or wireless network.  E-mail and connection problems can be solved in about 1 hour. Internet connection sharing or wireless network setup will require a personal quote.

Workstation Repair and Trouble-Shooting
Are your computers freezing-up or slowing down? Is your hardware giving you trouble or not working? Tell us about your situation and we will schedule an appointment to get your computer running the way it should. We support Windows 98, 2000, ME, XP, Vista.

Most PC repairs can be completed within 1 to 1.5 hours.

Virus Removal
Are your computers acting funny? If you detect or suspect a virus on any of your computer systems, please contact us immediately.  We are experts at removing viruses and protecting your files. Virus infected systems can be repaired within 1.5 hours in most cases.

Our tune-up will make your computers run like new! We can tune up multiple
computers in one visit. We will also discuss any problems you may have been experiencing and any areas where you would like to see improvements. Finally, we will provide you with an analysis of your PC's and any recommendations that are appropriate. Services cover the following areas:

• Remove unnecessary programs from the computer startup
• Update virus software and check for viruses*

Setting up New Computer Systems
Just leave your new computers in the boxes and call us.  We will completely setup your new computers including any printers, scanners, etc. We can also teach you how to use your new equipment. We can set-up a new computer in 30 minutes to 1 hour with other peripherals I.e. Printer, scanner etc.

Hardware Installations and Upgrades
Many computers can be upgraded to improve performance.  We can add more memory, a new modem or network card or replace other failing equipment.

Corporate Virus Protection We will professionally install and configure Antivirus software on your workstations with automatic updates and protection against viruses, Trojan horses, malicious ActiveX code, and Java applets.

Tips for maintaining your computer

Scan for viruses weekly—you have to do it these days.

Back up all your data files to a CD, DVD, or other media—lots of people lose everything!

Take one copy of your back-up disk to a second location in case of emergency—many people have thanked us for this advice.

Upgrade to Windows  XP or Vista for more security and less reboots!

Don’t Defrag your hard drive more than once a month—too often wears on your hard disk.

Don’t fill your hard disk with too many MP3 files—keep a minimum of 300 MB available.

Get a good back-up battery—Just a surge protector is not enough.

Despite what others have told you, it is better for your computer (not server) to be shut down every night. Windows 2000,  XP, and Vista are better designed to be on all the time, however, your system may still heat up and reduce the life of your hard drive if you leave it on all the time.
