WestPA.net is now offering wireless broadband Internet service beyond the City of Warren into much of Warren County. The service is called Speed-Link Rural  and will allow you to access your email and connect you to the Internet at speeds much faster than dialup and most DSL connections.

We have installed an antenna at the top of Liberty Street Extension near Follett Run Road. This location enables WestPA.net to offer wireless broadband today to select areas within about 10 miles of the tower. Because of the topography of Warren county we will provide a site survey prior to scheduling your install to ensure that our service will work at your home. This is done at no cost to you.

Speed-Link Rural  customers enjoy ultra-fast 1.2 meg download speeds and 512K upload speeds. This means that your connection will absolutely fly at 20 times faster than the best dial-up!

We have two promotional plans to choose from:

Plan 1: In this plan you pay $299 (limited time only) for the equipment and installation. The monthly fee is a low  $29.95 per month for the service. You own the equipment and there is no long term commitment. (Sales tax applies to equipment purchase and installation labor.)

Plan 2: In this plan you pay $128.95 (limited time only) to cover installation and the first month service. Then you pay $49.95 per month for the next 14 months. Equipment must be returned if service is cancelled within this period. At the 15th month, your monthly fee lowers to only $29.95 from then on. At this point you own the equipment and you have no long term commitment. (Sales tax applies to equipment purchase and installation labor.)

Equipment will be installed at your home by professional installers who will get your high speed Internet up and running to a single computer or to your router. Additional wiring or set-up of multiple computers will result in additional charges.

Note about warranty: The equipment at your home has a factory 1 year warranty. For an additional $2.00 per month fee, WestPA.net will handle any warranty related replacement and will extend the warranty for as long as you have our service. What this means to you is that if the equipment we installed ever fails, you simply call us. WestPA.net will install replacement equipment as soon as practical to get you back online . You don't have to wait weeks without service should your equipment need to be repaired.
